7 Ways To Refresh Yourself For Summer

The heat, the sun, the beautiful blue sky, the happy people wandering the streets – you know summertime can’t be beat. And once you refresh yourself for summer, everyone will take notice of your hotness as well.

After spending all those months in sheer hibernation and putting on all those layers of clothes, it’s time to refresh yourself for summer and give your face, body and wardrobe an overhaul.

So if you’re ready to refresh yourself for summer, here are the myriad ways you can do so.

Revive your skin

After all those months stuck in heated house, your skin must be begging for an overhaul; give it what it needs every day and get that sun kissed look that all women vie for.

To start, hydrate your skin by drinking water throughout the day, every day. About 2 liters is what’s needed to maintain youthful, healthy looking skin.

Next, exfoliate your skin by using a loofah in the shower or an exfoliating soap (an apricot scrub works wonders).
