Have you heard that something crazy is supposed to happen on December 12, 2012.? Well, according to the Mayan calendar, that is when humans will be wiped off the earth. And now there's a movie coming out to back that story up. And John Cusack is starring.
There was a time when 2000 was conisdered doomsday but that came and went, and now we're all anticipating 2012. The trailer for 2012 is creepy, I'll give them that, but I don't really lend any credence to such theories, although I wouldn't be surprised if God did decide to start all over again...
So check out the 2012 trailer and then watch what the History channel has to say about it.

well. for all those people saying that. && then saying they "believe in god" are full of crap. if they've read the bible, it tells whats going to happen when the world ends. theres going to be 7 years of tribulation for all the non-believers [[not sure if i spelled that right]]...&& it says that even jesus christ himself doesn't know when the end is coming. so if jesus doesnt know, what makes everyone else think that THEY can determine when it will happen?? Im not saying it WONT happen, im just saying that those people have no right putting this stuff out there for everyone to see && scaring the crap out of people when they DONT KNOW && WONT KNOW
NOTHING happens according to the mayan calendar...that's the point. it just stops--it doesn't predict some catastrophic event.
anyone notice that our calender ran down to 0 and then restarted? same dealio with the mayan calendar.
we're all searching for meaning in our lives, so we assign significance to arbitrary dates. first it was jan 1 2000. now this.
