Looks like Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia are over because she was all over Jesse McCartney last night. Hayden Panettiere and Jesse McCartney were spotted at Crown Bar making out like teenagers, which is, uh, exactly what they are.
Hayden Panettiere, 19, and Milo Ventimiglia, 31, called it quits a little while back and Hayden Panettiere wasted no time and went straight to Jesse McCartney, 21, to get back to her age bracket.

Milo's totally hot they shouldn't have broken up..but I can't help but admit that Jesse and Hayden look cute together too bad they won't be together long he's just a rebound not the real thing
